Abstract

This paper aims to assess and explain the importance and impact of modern technologies on organisational and operational level of elementary education system. It analyses and presents the current situation and possibilities, vision, guidelines and strategies of the EU in the field of introduction of modern technologies to primary education. Proposal for modern primary school teaching methods, with some suggestions for specific solutions and actions, is shown.
